Four years ago I visited Nepal and was lucky enough to meet and get to know a group of fantastic trekking guides from a locally run tourism company. They took care of me when trekking, welcomed me to their homes, and showed a lot of kindness to me.
Their home village of Dhading is in the area most effected by the quake and their houses, and those of their friends and families, have been destroyed.
I want to repay the kindness I was shown in Nepal by helping these people to raise money to rebuild their village and community.
International Aid has reached Kathmandu but little to no help is filtering out into the rural districts so this group of guides have set up an organization to collect funds to rebuild their village. The money raised through this page will be passed directly to them.
