This is the program “Rise and Shine” is an interview program which broadcasts from Kantipur TV. In the program the interviewer invites the people from different field that might be from politics, social, journalism, literature and many more and talks about hot and happening events of the country. In this episode the major topic of discussion is ongoing Terai-Madhes movement and unofficial blockade in Nepal. Nepalese are suffering enormous impact due to blockade. As after constitution the politics will be stable but still it is unstable. Nepalese are living their painful life. The meetings are also going on with Leader of Terai-Madhes to make agreement within these periods but in yesterday’s meeting Nepali Congress did not attend. What is the plan of Congress ahead what they are thinking, to talk in these topics of Dilendra Prasad Badu, Spokesman of Nepali Congress has been invited. Badu said there was an official party meeting yesterday. In yesterday’s meeting they talked about the agreement where they themselves don’t know when there was paper agreement about the meeting. The party was unknown about the agenda which was brought by Puspa Kamal Dahal.
