National Animal of Nepal is Cow and for the husbandry of it the people are neglecting as they swipe the benefits from them and they become useless or when the milking period becomes over they freed recklessly in the capital city Kathmandu. The cow meat is not eaten by the Hindu followers as it is prohibited in the belief. Through those freed cows they interrupt the pedestrians as well as in the operation of vehicles as they have been living in the roads and they are becoming one of the causes of accident. For their management the Kathmandu metropolitan and the road department are not giving its attention and every citizen are facing problems with the increasing number of the cows. The people are alleging the Kathmandu metropolitan and the road department but those offices are turning deaf ear to the request of the people
